Annette Baird (formerly Baietti), a Wisconsin native who has called California and Nevada home, has spent the last 15+ years helping businesses grow through a unique blend of accounting expertise and operational experience.
Her journey began in the trenches of store management at Walgreens and as a Field Consultant for 7-Eleven, where she oversaw 11 locations. That operational grit eventually led her to accounting, where she climbed the ladder from Accounts Payable to Chief Accounting Officer. This 'ground-up' perspective is the backbone of her leadership style; She would never ask her team to tackle a task that she hasn't done or wouldn't be willing to do herself.
Annette is passionate about leveraging technology and process improvements to turn tedious tasks into streamlined workflows. When Annette is not working hard for her clients, she is busy being a wife and mom of 2 kids and 2 dogs. Annette loves to be outdoors and travels any chance she gets.

Combining her administrative strengths with a heart for service, she is the founder and leader of a nonprofit for young women diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer. Jessica is deeply committed to making a difference. When she isn’t advocating for others, she’s likely traveling or spending quality time with her husband and two kids.
